Pulayantran accompanied by MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan to a meaningful school program at SK (T) Permatang Tinggi celebrating the exceptional achievements of the school children. This event “Majlis Anugerah Cemerlang Tahun 2018” held on 17th November 2018 saw the School Students, Teachers and Members from the School’s Parent-Teachers Association (PIBG) being inspired by the Keynote Address from Dato’ K. Pulayantran where he focused on how Crimes happen and the various counter measures taken for Crime Prevention efforts.
