YDH Deputy Inspector-General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Noor Rashid bin Ibrahim was present at the flagging off of “Kayuhan Solidariti Jambatan Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Pulau Pinang 2018” on the night of 16^th November 2018 at Queensbay Mall. Yang Teramat Mulia Dato’ Tunku Shazuddin Ariff bin Sultan Sallehudin, the Tunku Laksamana of Kedah; Y.Bhg. Dato’ AR Yew Tung Seang, Mayor of the City Council of Penang; YDH DCP Dato’ Roslee bin Chik, Deputy CPO of Penang; YDH CP Dato’ Abdul Rahim Jaafar, CPO of Kedah; and YDH CP Dato’ Sri Zulkifli bin Abdullah, Head of the National Anti-Drug Agency were among the dignitaries present. YDH CP Dato’ Seri A. Thaiveegan, Chief Police Officer of Penang was the Patron of this now recognizable and ‘Trade Mark’ RMP Event. This Penang 2^nd Bridge PDRM 2018 Solidarity Fun Ride which concluded in the wee hours of the morning of 17^th November 2018 attracted 3,144 bicycle riders – local and even that of our neighboring country Indonesia. Also in attendance were EXCO of the Penang State Government; RMP Penang Heads of Departments and other Senior Police Officers and their staff. Cited amongst the crowd was our very own MCPF Penang SLC Member Syed Abdul Rahman Syed Jaafar. Yet another PDRM Event that emphasizes that “Polis dan Masyarakat Berpisah Tiada”.
