MCPF Timur Laut DLC Chairman Felix Chuah Gim Chuan, Vice-Chairman (II) Y.Bhg. Dato’ Mohd Nasir Ya and Secretary Ronald Cecil Aeria attended AADK’s Bengkel Design Thinking at Cititel Penang (Perdana 1 & Perdana II Level 3 on 28th July 2022. This Workshop focuses on plans to reform Mukim 13 in the North-East District (Daerah Timur Laut) of Penang Island from ‘Red’ Zone to ‘Green Zone’. The specific target areas within Mukim 13 Kawasan Berisiko Tinggi (KBT) covers Desa Mawar Flats, Kampung Melayu Flats, Bandar Baru and Taman Paya Terubong. These ongoing efforts mirrors similar focus by AADK at Seberang Perai Tengah Mukim 13.
