MCPF Penang SLC Member Ridzuan Md Zain met up with two former PDRM Penang stalwarts i.e. Dato’ Seri Hj. Abdul Rahim Hj. Hanafi – the ex-CPO of Penang and ACP (Rtd) Tuan Hj. Ibrahim Abu Bakar – the ex-Jabatan Ketenteraman Awam / Trafik Police Head of Department of PDRM Penang. The gathering took place at Madrasah Abu Bakar, Kampung Tasek Gelugor, Pokok Jenerih in Tasek Gelugor, SPU at a Jamuan Kesyukuran / Eidul Fitri function. MCPF and PDRM – brothers in arms – be it whilst still in office or even after retirement!
