MCPF Penang Secretary cum Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Chairman Dr. Ching Eng Leong received his reappointment letter and Appointment Certificate as an ‘Ahli Pasukan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak (Daerah) Seberang Perai Tengah in mid-August 2021. His renewed tenure is from 1st January 2021 till 31st December 2023.
