MCPF Penang extends its heartiest congratulations to Penang State’s Top Cops for being recognized and awarded State Honours in conjunction with the 82^nd Birthday of the Governor of Penang Tuan Yang Terutama (TYT) Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Dr. Abdul Rahman Abbas. As reported in Buletin Mutiara on 15^th December 2020 and follow-up Press / Media, YDH CP Dato’ Sahabudin Abd. Manan, Chief Police Officer of Penang State is a reciepient of the Darjah Yang Mulia Pangkuan Negeri (D.M.P.N.) whilst YDH CDP Dato’ Abdul Aziz Abdul Majid, Deputy CPO of Penang State is a reciepient of the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (D.S.P.N.). Congrats also to YDH ACP Muhamad Halim bin Yatim, Head of Department – Administration, Penang IPK and YDH ACP Soffian bin Santong, OCPD, Timur Laut and YDH DSP Chai Yoon Fatt, Head of Special Branch IPD Timur Laut on being recipients of the Bintang Cermelang Negeri (B.C.N.) Award. Kudos are also in order for Penang State AADK Director Puan Elmariah Chung (also MCPF Penang ex-Officio SLC Member) for being a reciepient of the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (P.K.T.) [Distinguished Conduct Medal).
