MCPF Penang Secretary Dr. EL Ching met up with Puan Ainul Wardah Sohilli and Mr. Christopher Tan – Editors of Buletin Mutiara at their office in KOMTAR on 21st August 2019 to discuss MCPF Penang’s publishing of activities and events in its Bahasa Malaysia and trilingual (English, Mandarin, Tamil) publications in the future. Following this meeting, MCPF Penang Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali has encouraged that the initial article should be an introduction of MCPF and also insights into MCPF Penang Website.
