MCPF Penang, MCPF Barat Daya DLC and MCPF Timur Laut DLC welcomes recent new OCPD (Ketua Polis Daerah) to the South-West and North-East (Penang Island) Districts respectively. On 28^th October 2024, the ‘Passing of the Baton’ ceremony for Barat Daya was officiated by YDH CP Datuk Hamzah bin Hj. Ahmad (Chief Police Officer, Penang) who witnessed the transfer of duties between the outgoing OCPD YDH Supt. Kamarul Rizal bin Jenal and the incoming OCPD YDH ACP Sazalee bin Hj. Adam. On 18^th November 2024, it was the turn of Timur Laut.

The ‘Handing Over’ Ceremony was officiated by YDH CP Datuk Hamzah bin Hj. Ahmad (CPO, Penang) who witnessed the transfer of duties between the outgoing (Acting) OCPD YDH Supt. Lee Swee Sake and the incoming OCPD YDH ACP Abdul Rozak bin Muhammad. MCPF Penang, MCPF Barat Daya and MCPF Timur Laut looks forward its continued collaboration and cooperation with PDRM Pulau Pinang, PDRM IPD Barat Daya and PDRM IPD Timur Laut with MCPF’s unique NGO linkage with the Royal Malaysia Police where the Inspector-General of Police YDH IG Tan Sri Razarudin bin Husain is MCPF (Federal) Deputy-Chairman; the State CPO is MCPF Penang’s Honorary Advisor and the respective OCPDs of the 5 Districts are the District Liaison Committees’ Advisor.
