Pinang and MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I) ex-officio; Rosli Mohamad Ali (Vice-Chairman [II]); Johnny Michael Tan, Secretary; YBhg. Dato’ M. Kaleessvaran, SLC Member; James Mohan, SLC Member and Barat Daya DLC Chairman; Paramaguru Balan Moghan, SLC Member and SPS DLC Chairman; Ridzuan Md Zain, SLC Member and SPT DLC Chairman; Munusamy Muniandy, SLC Member and SPU DLC Chairman; Joseph Sawaremuthu, SLC Member; and, Yazid Razali, SLC Member. Highlights included the Opening Remarks by Dato’ Seri Ong Poh Eng; Penang State Crime Statistics by ACP Norazalan bin Abd Razak; Updates on the 10^th October 2023 MCPF KL Retreat by JM Tan; Review of the Minutes of MCPF Penang SLC Inaugural Meeting (Term 2023-2025) held on 18^th August 2023; Letters of Appointments being handed out to the 3 ex-officio (AADK, MBPP, WCC) in attendance by Dato’ Seri Ong Poh Eng; updates by the DLC Chairmen (JM Tan on behalf of Timur Laut; James Mohan, Barat Daya, Paramaguru Balan Moghan, SPS; Ridzuan Md Zain, SPT; and, Munusamy Muniandy, SPU) on their progress of selection and appointments of the new DLCs / programs, activities and events of recent months and plans for the immediate future. Two key focus topics covered included the updates on PGO 2023 by PWDC ex-officio reps / Joseph SM as well as outline of the planned MCPF Penang SLC Strategic offsite Retreat by Dato’ M. Kaleessvaran and Rosli Mohamed Ali.
