Program – Ceramah “Mahasiswa Madani – Cegah Jenayah, Scam Siber & Ancaman Dadah” for Universiti Sains Malaysia Students (Year 1/2/3/4) Jointly Organized by MCPF Southwest District DLC and Persatuan Kebajikan Rakyat Pulau Pinang (Penang People’s Welfare Association) with the cooperation of Sekretariat Sukarelawan India (SSI) Universiti Sains Malaysia Pulau Pinang was successfully held on 19th October 2024 (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) at Dewan Kulia A, USM Penang. Exposure to issues highlighted is very important to the lives of students and society so that we are always ready to face and prevent such issues. B. As students apart from gaining knowledge and academic success, they cannot neglect their responsibility to take care of their own safety and those around them.

Opening Speech by YB A. Kumaresan, ADUN Batu Uban; 10. Talk on Drugs by Tuan Ibrahim bin Muhammad Said, Ketua AADK Daerah Barat Daya; 11. Talk on Cyber Scam by ASP Azli Bin Ishak, Jabatan Komersial IPK Pulau Pinang; 12. Talk on Social Issues being faced by students by Mr. James Mohan, Chairman of MCPF Barat Daya DLC; 13. Closing Remarks by Mr. Thomas Devasagayam, Pengerusi, Persatuan Kebajikan Rakyat (People’s Welfare Association) Pulau Pinang; 14. Lunch / End. This is a noteworthy program helping attendees to appreciate better their roles and responsibilities as current USM students and future productive citizens of the nation.
