MCPF Penang SLC Member / Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan represented MCPF Barat Daya in the South-West District Launching of JOM Ke-Sekolah 2020 at SMK Teluk Kumbar on 17th February 2020. Official speeches were delivered to the over 500 students in attendance by YDH Supt. A. A. Anbalagan, OCPD Barat Daya (cum MCPF Barat Daya DLC Advisor) and Tuan Rosli bin Ibrahim, Pegawai Pendidikan Daerah, PPD Barat Daya. The short program included among others the Perasmian Majlis Permuafakatan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (Fellowship Ceremony) and Polis Diraja Malaysia, Launching of Buku Panduan PPS and appointments of School Prefects. In attendance were also ASP Mazlan Fadzilah, Ketua Bahagian PJKK Barat Daya / MCPF Barat Daya DLC Vice-Chairman (I) and Tuan Rozaimi Che Mat (Timbalan Pegawai PPD Barat Daya). Supt. A. A. Anbalagan and Tuan Rosli bin Ibrahim both took turns to sign on SMK Teluk Kumbar’s Kelab Pencegahan Jenayah Activity Board.
