MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran who is also the Advisor to the Kedah Karate Sports body officiated at the Kedah Karate Open Championships at Kompleks Sukan Komuniti Serdang, Kulim, Kedah on 26th Nov 2017. He was accompanied by officials from the Kedah State Karate Association including its Vice-Chairman Paramguru Balan Moghan – MCPF Penang State Liaison Committee Member. Dato’ K. Pulayantran’s support is due to his firm belief that Martial Arts sports can help mold the characters of youths of today to be much more positive and become productive contributors to nation building rather than have youths being distracted by crime and other social ills. This is undoubtedly congruent and fits like a hand in glove with the aspirations of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation.
