An informal networking meeting was called by Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali to keep the current (caretaker) MCPF Penang SLC on Matters on current status of confirmed positions of key EXCO Office Bearers at the Federal level; Other Matters pertaining to Federal EXCO; and SLC status. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar then opened the floor to allow those present to ensure congruence in understanding issues, challenges and concerns pertaining to much curtailed activities influenced by parallel impact of current pandemic situation and awaiting developments by MCPF Federal. He also updated on what could immediately lie ahead and encouraged members to pursue virtual events for the time being outlining desired outcomes on having “Virtual” events (e.g. Scams). He also elaborated on the expectations of future SLC members that would be appointed pending Federal level progress in its own EXCO and SLC Chairmen Appointments. In the round table Q&A Session, there was a healthy discussion and where necessitated clarification by both Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar and Members present. This informal networking meeting ended at 12:30 pm with a vote of thanks and appreciation by Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar to all present.
