MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan who is also an active Committee Member of Gabungan Persatuan-Persatuan Kaum India Malaysia (GAPPIN) delivered a talk in a seminar entitled “Always Beware of Your Surroundings” at Kolej Komuniti Kulim on 1st October 2017. The Seminar incorporated VSP sharing by the PDRM. The main Theme was “Jauhi Jenayah demi Kesejateraan Masa Depan”.
