At St. Anne’s Hall, Bukit Mertajam on 12^th November 2017
MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran officiated the opening ceremony of an event focused on “Crime Prevention and Drug abuse among Indian youths” held at the St. Anne’s Hall in Bukit Mertajam on the night of 5^th November 2017. Dato’ K. Pulayantran spoke from his heart with his Crime Prevention passion and was truly inspirational as the Advisor of Persatuan Kebajikan Ayirathil Oruvan Ithayakkani MGR Penang. It was a joyous and significant occasion for well over 700 NGO members who were in attendance. MCPF Penang SLC Member Paramguru Ram Moghan was among the crowd who were enthralled by the advisories and motivation shared by Dato’ K. Pulayantran.

At Sg. Bakap Temple on 12^th November 2017
MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran passion to help Indian youths lead a better lifestyle was exemplified yet again when he delivered another ‘Crime Prevention and Drug Abuse’ talk in a Tamil Cultural class held at Sg. Bakap Temple on 12^th November 2017. Also present in this event was the Director of the Hindu Endowment Board, Mr. Ramachandran. MCPF SLC Member Paramguru Ram Moghan accompanied Dato’ K. Pulayantran.
