Congratulations to MCPF Penang SLC Member cum Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan who received his Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (P.K.T.) from Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak at the Dewan Sri Pinang on 10th November 2021. This Penang State Award is given out in conjunction with the 72nd Birthday Celebrations of TYT Governor of Penang. James Mohan, a member of MCPF Penang SLC since 2012 is also the current Chairman of FREPENCA’s Security Conveners. Well-deserved James!
