MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran chaired the Organizing Committee Meeting at the Pejabat Matron, Bangunan ACC, Penang Hospital to lead a discussion and on-site inspection on 4^th January 2018 for a proposed upcoming Crime Prevention Event for the staff of the Penang Hospital. Supt. Tan Cheng San of JPJKK IPK, P. Pinang represented PDRM at this meeting which was hosted by key staff of the Penang Hospital. In attendance from Penang Hospital were Deputy Director Mr. Wong Cheng Yew, Deputy Director Mr. Surentharan Mathavan, Security Officer Mr. Kannan Nagappan, and Puan Salmiah bt Wan Mat – DMJ Security Officer. Accompanying Dato’ K. Pulayantran at this meeting were MCPF Penang Secretary Ching Eng Leong, MCPF Penang SLC Members James Mohan, Paramguru Balan Moghan and Johnny Michael Tan. A key member of the Organizing Committee who helped to facilitate the set-up of this meeting was Mr. Arumugam A/L Rajoo of Edgenta Mediserve Sdn. Bhd. – who himself is an active MCPF Seberang Perai Selatan DLC Member.

The OC discussed in details the chosen venue i.e. Auditorium ACC Penang Hospital, the proposed Itinerary for the event and ended the meeting with an on-site inspection of the Auditorium and its vicinity as well as the 2^nd venue for VSP Promotion – the main Foyer B of Penang Hospital. The date of the Crime Prevention Event has been slated for Tuesday, 6^th February 2018.
