At the Lions Club of Georgetown Island 21^st Charter Anniversary held at the Penang Golf Club on 22^nd October 2017, its joyous festivity was further enhanced with the joint birthday celebration of its Guest of Honour Penang CPO YDH CP Datuk Wira Chuah Ghee Lye (also MCPF Penang SLC Honorary Advisor), JPJKK Head of Department YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah and MCPF Penang SLC Member Dato’ Ong Poh Eng.
Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah and Supt. Tan Cheng San of JPJKK IPK Penang promoted the Voluntary Smartphone Patrol application registration to over 290 guests present.
