MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching attended Prize-Giving Ceremony for the TikTok Challenge on Drug Abuse for participating schools from SPT. Also in attendance were Puan Haslina binti Kamaron (Timbalan PPD SPT), Encik Zulfadli Akmal bin Ahmad Zakaria (Penolong Pegawai Antidadah S29), Puan Madavi a/l Balakrishnan (Pembantu AADK) and Puan Julizan binti Asen (Pembantu Antidadah).
