MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran attended the Ponggol Festival at Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman Kampung Dock, Bukit Tengah on 2nd February 2020 where he addressed the crowd present and stressed on crime prevention importance. This event was jointly organized by YB Gooi Hsiao Leung, State Assemblyman for Bukit Tengah and YB Kasthuriraani Patto, Member of Parliament, Batu Kawan.
