Kudos to MCPF SPS DLC Team for diligently planning and executing effectively with Royal Malaysia Police, SPS District and the SPS District Education Office a ‘Program Kesedaran Pencegahan Jenayah di kalangan Pelajar’ at Dewan Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP / Industrial Training Institute Hall) Arumugam Pillai, Nibong Tebal on 28^th June 2019. MCPF Vice-Chairman Tuan Hj. Kamal Affandi bin Hashim officiated and gave the opening key remarks. Over 400 secondary students in attendance who were accompanied by their teachers-in-charge enjoyed a very interesting and interactive sharing on Crime Prevention and related Social phenomenon by Bukit Aman’s YDH Supt. Foo Chek Seng (JPJKK). The Organizing Committee appreciates not only the support by Tuan Hj. Kamal Affandi but also the presence of MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran, RMP Penang Head of Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department / MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I) YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah and that of SPS OCPD / MCPF SPS Advisor YDH Supt. Shafee Abd Samad, SPS District Education Deputy Chief En. Mohd Fauzi bin Saat and other Senior Police Officers and RMP SPS Staff.

Overall, this short Program received positive reactions and feedback from students, teachers and other guests in attendance. The ‘livewire’ Master of Ceremonies – MCPF SLC Member / Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan enthralled the audience with his punchy poetic style. Local press / media provided relatively good coverage in this well supported event. MCPF Penang came out strong in numbers in this Event led by its tireless Organizing Chairman Paramaguru Balan Moghan, well supported by MCPF Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali, Secretary / SPT DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching, SLC Member / SPU DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy, SLC Member / SPT DLC Treasurer Ridzuan Md Zain, SLC ex-Officio Supt. Saw Hock Tek (Staff Officer, Community Policing, CPCSD RMP Penang) and Seberang Perai Selatan DLC.
