MCPF Penang Ordinary Member Paramguru Balan Moghan was in attendance to support an evening program organized by PDRM Seberang Perai North District at the Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Kepala Batas on 11th August 2016. In this simple community program, PDRM Exhibits were shown and spontaneous dialogues with the attendees were held.
On 19th August 2016, MCPF Penang SLC Members Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and MCPF Penang Ordinary Member Paramguru Balan Moghan attended a Crime Prevention Workshop at Institut Latihan Perindustrian Kepala Batas. Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran addressed the Institut students and participated as Panel Members during the Q & A session. This event was also supported by PDRM IPD SPU Officers.
