An inaugural Organizing Committee meeting focusing on a School Anti-Drug Program was held at the Bilik Mesyuarat Jabatan Keselamatan, USM on 16th August 2018. MCPF Penang SLC Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali shared with all attendees present on the background to this program as requested by MCPF Senior Vice-Chairman YBhg. Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye. The team chose USM Dewan Kulia A as the venue with a 10th November 2018 date penciled in. This was a productive session supported by Associate Professor Dr. P,. Sundramoorthy, YDH Supt. Saw Hock Tek (ex-Officio MCPF Penang SLC Member), appointed Program Chairman EL Ching and others in attendance – Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen, Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali and SLC Members Munusamy Muniandy, Maj. (R) Wan Abdul Hamid, Paramguru Balan Moghan and JM Tan.
