
MCPF Penang is truly proud that its Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran (Advisor, Kedah Karate) as well as its SLC Member Paramguru Balan Moghan (Deputy Chairman, Kedah Karate) believes that healthy participation in sporting activities by youths will help inculcate discipline and eventual growth to be responsible adults free from Crime itself. Both of these gentlemen were present at the 38th National Senior Karate Tournament by MAKAF (Malaysia Karate Federation) organized and hosted by Karate Association of Kedah. The tournament held at Kompleks Sukan Kulim, Kedah from 15th to 18th March 2019 culminated in winners and organizers being recognized during the closing ceremony on 18th March 2018. Present at this event were YB Dato’ Sri Paduka Nor Nordin (Deputy President, MAKAF); YB Dato’ Dr. Leong Yong Kong (Kedah EXCO); YBhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran; Karate Grand Master Ananthan; Karate Master Stalin (Chairman, Kedah Karate Association); Paramguru Balan Moghan; PDRM; various representatives from MAKAF and local Press/Media.
